Instructions for Use:
Use your fireplace as usual. During use, pour the powder onto the embers using the spoon. The powder burns slowly and emits smoke that, upon contact with the creosote, gradually dries it out. This process lasts about 30 minutes, depending on the draft in your chimney. This way, even the most hard-to-reach creosote in the chimney is treated.
Preventive treatment:
Regular use of the fireplace:
- Use 1 to 2 doses per day.
Occasional use:
- 1 to 2 doses per week.
Compatible with all chimneys, including stainless steel.
Precautions for use:
-Keep out of reach of children.
-Make sure the chimney damper opens properly.
-Leave the damper open after the catalytic powder has completely burned out.
-Do not touch or cook food while the powder is burning.
