A small, robust, and highly durable high-pressure washer with a low speed and low noise level for a long service life at 1,400 rpm. It is equipped with a 10-meter steel-reinforced high-pressure hose, a stainless steel spray lance, and brass screw couplings. The pump is made of brass, and the piston is ceramic-coated. Self-priming down to 3 meters.
The washer is mounted on an ergonomic cart.
When cleaning ventilation ducts in restaurants with a high-pressure washer, there is a very effective tool called an “iller”—it’s a nozzle that feeds itself into the ducts. With standard single-phase high-pressure washers, the pressure must be reduced for the injector to draw in the chemical solution. This means it’s not possible to use an “iller” for chemical cleaning… until now
We at Renifoam have designed and built a stainless-steel tank that fits the cart. With this tank, you can apply chemicals at maximum pressure. Inside the tank is a float that mixes the chemical solution and water before it enters the wash cycle. This allows the Iller to apply the chemical treatment while simultaneously feeding itself into the drain channels that were previously inaccessible. After the treatment, you simply turn off the chemical ball valve, and the Iller stops applying the chemical solution.
